Walk or run at our upcoming Freedom Run for diabetes research in Victoria at Elk/Beaver Lake Park on September 22nd and support the Canadian Diabetes Association! The event is a great way to spend time with friends and family, be active all the while raising vital dollars in support of the Association and the 9 million Canadians living with diabetes or prediabetes. The funds raised will be used to support Canada�s most renowned scientists and clinicians in their quest for new and innovative developments in the prevention, treatment, and management of diabetes. Although the research is diverse in its scope, the key aspects remain the same � to improve the quality of life of people living with diabetes and to find a cure.

So lace up those walking and running shoes, bring your friends and family, challenge yourself, and come out to support those living with diabetes!
