Start the evening with a tour and antipasti at the brewery - Driftwood is just down the street from PPS - then arrive at Bridge Street for:
Antipasti (served at the brewery) - Salami, grilled picked vegetables, roasted garlic and spicy nuts
Prosciutto wrapped tuna and celery root ravioli in White Bark Ale broth with clams and mussels
Scamorza (smoked mozzarella) and Farmhand Ale sausage pizza
Metchosin lamb braised in Crooked Coast Amber Ale served over parsley polenta with bitter greens
Artisan Cheese + Honeycomb paired with Naughty Hildegarde's Extra Special Bitter
Blackstone Porter Chocolate Cake with vanilla gelato
