Brewery & The Beast is a unique and memorable culinary experience. Chefs use only the finest quality ingredients available to construct their dishes with skill and passion.
Farms from Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley, and Northern Alberta will supply chefs with the highest quality proteins available to prepare their signature items for the conscientious consumer. Animals are farmed ethically, and are fed all-natural diets free of hormones and antibiotics.
