Share heartfelt laughs with loved ones and leave all the details to us in what was sure to have been a busy season. Bid adieu to the holiday season amidst the grandeur of Victoria's newest icon, with our Boxing Day Brunch served from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Boxing Day Brunch

Cold Station
- Breakfast pastries and breads, Danishes, croissants and muffins with preserves and whipped butter
- Simple Green Salad, salted almonds, shaved asiago cheese, balsamic maple dressing
- Belgium Endive, citrus smoked salmon and horseradish creme fraiche
- Grilled asperagus and crab salad, avocados, grape tomato and basil citrus vinaigreet
- Local cheese platter, fruit compote and fennel raisin crackers

Breakfast Station
- Eggs Benny, poached free range eggs, grilled Canadian back bacon, Hollondaise sauce
- Crispy potato hash browns
- Smoked Bacon & breakfast Sausage
- Buttermilk pancakes, blueberry compote and warm maple syrup
- Seasonal fruit platter

Carving Station
- Roasted prime rib and red wine jus
- Local seafood medley, fingerling potatoes and spicy tomato broth
- Seared free-range chicken breast, balsamic wine jus
- Seasonal vegetables
