The non-profit Bowen Relief Run will take place on Saturday, July 29th.

There is a 1.5K run/walk beginning at 10:15, and a 5K run/walk beginning at 11:00, with bib pickup from 0900. The 1.5K race is $10, and the 5K is $25. On-the-day sign-up will be available (cash or cheque only), but we're limited to 200 entrants, so book now to avoid disappointment!

This run/walk will take place on beautiful car-free routes in Nanaimo's Bowen Park. Under 5’s can run for free and on-leash dogs and strollers are welcome.

We will host Harbour City FC (with their goals and balls), OmTown Yoga (who will also lead our warm-ups), and Fishing for Fun. Panago will bring the pizza and Bee’s Knees Cafe will provide their drool-inducing cinnamon buns! We have loads of awesome door prizes, including freebies for all entrants! All proceeds will support War Child Canada's South Sudan famine relief efforts.
