Tired of baked salmon? Come and learn some new ways to prepare the local catch and enjoy the beautiful view of Baynes Sound. Chef Lila will demonstrate cleaning, filleting, and different cooking methods for fish and shellfish. Class will include wine pairing and a 4 course tasting meal and one glass of wine.
