The explosion in popularity of high-end cuisine, locally sourced ingredients, and perfectly paired wines is being taken to the next level at Brentwood Bay Resort, Victoria�s only 5-Star Oceanfront Resort. On November 18th, 2010, Brentwood Bay Resort will host an intimate �Best of Naramata Winemakers� Dinner� for a limited number of guests. David Enns, owner and winemaker at Laughing Stock Vineyard, and Del Halladay, owner and winemaker at Elephant Island Winery will partner with Brentwood Bay Resort�s Executive Chef, Audrey Lefrancois for a spectacular interactive culinary experience.

�Winemakers� Dinners are the latest trend in the culinary world,� says Dan Behune, Managing Director at Brentwood Bay Resort. �They are an opportunity for discerning diners to connect with the wine they are drinking, learn about the winemaking process and discover new ways to choose the perfect pairing for their food.� Guests will be served five courses, each paired with a distinctly different wine, for the optimal dining experience. The winemakers bring the vineyard to the table, mingling with guests as they enjoy the pairings, and discussing the winemaking process.
