Beginnings is an art show designed to encourage AMATEUR artists by providing them the opportunity to exhibit their best work in a gallery setting.

For the purposes of this show, an “emerging” or “amateur “ artist is defined as someone who: * does not exhibit work in this medium in commercial settings, i.e. rent space in major shows or fairs; * has not yet had work accepted into a juried art show; * has no history of public presentations; * is not represented by any commercial business; * does not work professionally in visual arts; and * does not instruct others.
