<p>For the purposes of this show, an &ldquo;emerging&rdquo; or &ldquo;amateur &ldquo; artist is defined as someone who: * does not exhibit work in this medium in commercial settings, i.e. rent space in major shows or fairs; * has not yet had work accepted into a juried art show; * has no history of public presentations; * is not represented by any commercial business; * does not work professionally in visual arts; and * does not instruct others.</p>=0D=0A=
