Bears Matter works in partnership with Warm Buddy Company of North Vancouver to help 8 grassroots bear organizations help 6 out of 8 species of bears. These organizations support cub rehabilitation, habitat conservation, ending bear trophy hunting, research and education, raising public awareness and furthering government wildlife practises and policies related to bears and their natural habitats. Since 2007 Warm Buddy Company has contributed proceeds from the sale of their Warm Buddy Bearys and Bear Paw Mitts sold across Canada to the Bears Matter Fund.
