The Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the ever-popular downtown summer celebration known as ‘Bathtub Days Street Fair’ will continue on Friday, July 20th as part of the 2018 Marine Festival.

Festivities will take place on Commercial Street and street closures will be in effect all day to allow for vendors, entertainers, special events and activities in a car-free environment during the daytime hours.

“We’ve got a list of entertainment and events planned all day long. There is definitely something for everyone – from artisan vendors to live entertainment, food trucks to dance demos, a climbing wall, bouncy castle and we will welcome back to Nanaimo, Akron the Barbarian – the juggling unicyclist who has been a hit at the Night Market” stated Kim Smythe, Chamber President & CEO.

Join in the Arts & Culture Crawl with a visit to the galleries and 2 museums downtown. Admission and most activities are free. The Street Fair runs from 11 am – 4 pm on Friday.
