In celebration of the 10 days of local food and drink, the Savour Cowichan Festival committee will host the biggest local tasting event of the season! Everyone will have the opportunity to meet and speak with craft winemakers and distinguished Cowichan chefs, and learn why the Cowichan Valley is growing to be Vancouver Island's most flocked to food and drink destination.
Learn about farm-to-table dining. Taste the terroir in local wines. Delight in the delicacies and be the first to try new food-and-beverage releases. This event offers media an opportunity to hear directly from the chefs, winemakers, and farmers who work day-to-day in their craft.
The event will offer sips of cider, wines, beers, and�new!�locally distilled whiskey and gin.
