We begin the afternoon with everyone drumming and chanting. We will then play the singing bowls. If you own a drum and/or singing bowls (either Alchemy Crystal singing bowls or Tibetan singing bowls) please bring them, together we will create an amazing experience of awakening our souls songs. ( I will supply about 13 drums, a few other noise makers and 9 singing bowls, both Tibetan and Alchemy). You may want to bring a mat and blanket to lay down to enjoy the bowls rather than playing them (if you do not have your own), the choice is yours.

DRUMMING Drumming is a powerful and primal way to journey within. The rhythm and beat can stimulate the release of emotional blocks and will connect you to your heartbeat. You cannot help but feel excited and powerful when your energy is elevated through the pure sound of the drum. Let the Drum awaken your Soul’s song!

CHANTING AND TONING The key to transcendence, offering us the opportunity to unite with the divine. Requiring neither great skill nor valiant effort, the sound of ones own voice is considered the most powerful healing force of all, connecting us with deeper rhythms and vibrations of our sacred self.

SINGING BOWLS Through listening to or playing Singing Bowls one’s internal dialogue, the ‘inner critic’ is quietened. Their sound synchronizes brain waves and enhances awareness of the mind/body connection.

Who is Alisa, (The Belief Connection) A Drum Circle and Sacred Ceremony Facilitator, a Certified Hypnotherapist, a Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healer. Trained in Past Life Regression, Soul Journeys, EFT, NLP, The Journey, Meditation, PSYCH-K and more. Following the call of her soul since the year 2000, Alisa met her spirit guides and began the process of remembering her souls wisdom. Her journey led her to become a Hypnotherapist and Energy Healer 2003 – 2004. Alisa has facilitated and lead many workshops and meditations over the years allowing people to journey within to connect to their own soul. Adding sound healing to the mix 3 years ago, and drumming circle’s in January 2017, she is both a skilled healer and facilitator whose passion shines through in her work.
