We begin the afternoon with everyone drumming and chanting. We will then play the singing bowls. If you own a drum and/or singing bowls (either Alchemy Crystal singing bowls or Tibetan singing bowls) please bring them, together we will create an amazing experience of awakening our souls songs. ( I will supply about 13 drums, a few other noise makers and 9 singing bowls, both Tibetan and Alchemy). You may want to bring a mat and blanket to lay down to enjoy the bowls rather than playing them (if you do not have your own), the choice is yours.

=0D=0A=Who is Alisa, (The Belief Connection) A Drum Circle and Sacred Ceremony Facilitator, a Certified Hypnotherapist, a Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healer. Trained in Past Life Regression, Soul Journeys, EFT, NLP, The Journey, Meditation, PSYCH-K and more. Following the call of her soul since the year 2000, Alisa met her spirit guides and began the process of remembering her souls wisdom. Her journey led her to become a Hypnotherapist and Energy Healer 2003 – 2004. Alisa has facilitated and lead many workshops and meditations over the years allowing people to journey within to connect to their own soul. Adding sound healing to the mix 3 years ago, and drumming circle’s in January 2017, she is both a skilled healer and facilitator whose passion shines through in her work.
