Join Canada's Top Chef Finalist Daniel Hudson and Averill Creek's Andy Johnston for a masterfully crafted five-course dinner prepared from local, seasonal produce.
Three courses will be paired with older vintage Pinot Noir or Gris form Averill Creek's cellars. The evening will also feature the release of Cowichan Tawny, a 2008 solera of blackberry desert wine.
