Author Celebrates Victoria Homes

Heritage award winner and author Nick Russell is the guest speaker at the Friday, January 12 meeting of the Gallery Associates. He will discuss Victoria’s earliest architects who set the scene before Rattenbury and Maclure.
Russell published Glorious Victoria Homes celebrating local architecture. A former journalist, he is active in the heritage community and was honoured for his volunteer work with The Land Conservancy for his restoration of the Ross Bay Villa.
The meeting begins at 10 am at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, 1040 Moss Street. Guests are welcome.
