<p>Russell published Glorious Victoria Homes celebrating local architecture. A former journalist, he is active in the heritage community and was honoured for his volunteer work with The Land Conservancy for his restoration of the Ross Bay Villa.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The meeting begins at 10 am at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, 1040 Moss Street. Guests are welcome.</p>
