If you’re a lover of authentic Mexican cuisine and a bit of a foodie interested in trying dishes from different regions of Mexico, then you absolutely must join us at Gowlland Harbour Resort when Chef Mariana Gabilondo features some of her family recipes and personal favourites from living and working as a chef in Mexico!

Chef Mariana has traveled and worked throughout the world, speaks three languages, is a lover of art and culture but is passionate about good food! Join her for a culinary journey through the regions of the Yucatan, Oaxaca and Northern Mexico. 

Dates: Saturday — Nov. 22nd, Dec. 20th, Feb. 21st

Location: Gowlland Harbour Resort, Quadra Island

Time: Dinner sittings from 5:30 pm and later

Menu: Set menu, community-style seating, ticket prices and final menus to be announced soon

Each evening will feature a set menu which will be posted on our Facebook page and website at www.GowllandHarbour.com about a month before each event date.
