Join our Master Bread Baker for this extended journey down the path to the perfect loaf of bread. Brad is well known in Victoria for his mastery of all types of dough, and he lives to pass on his deep knowledge.
In this 3.5 hour hands-on class, you will cover:
- Slow-risen artisan breads (No Knead Bread)
- A discussion on sourdough starters
- Whole wheat dough
- A discussion on rye, spelt, and other grains
Once you have learned all you KNEAD to know to start you on the right path, Chef Brad will help you pull together a family-style meal featuring meats, cheeses, and of course bread.
