Argentina is the land of Asado (BBQ). Join us for an explo�ration of the food and love of grilling from this south�ern land. This is a hands-on class and we will be work�ing on sev�eral types of BBQ�s includ�ing a pel�let smoker.

- Grilled bread with mancheg Chorizo and Fen�nel Salad
- Trout with a pars�ley and gar�lic sauce
- Hanger steak with chimichurri sauce
- Roasted pota�toes with olive oil and paprika

Cost: $100 / per�son (plus tax). Includes all mate�ri�als and prod�ucts, includes a meal we pre�pare in class.
