In 6 morning sessions, Learn how to draw character architecture in the studio and in the field.  Students will work en plein air with field easels drawing character buildings.  Learn how to quickly analyze and accurately measurerender contemporary and historic buildings in Western Communities.  Includes: learning new drawing techniques, plein air approach, how to us field drawings back in studio, and more.  Enjoy easy, step-by-step lessons focused on learning a realistic drawing style.

Ken is one of our most treasured instructors and has a host of great information and direction to share with students.  His popular classes have created a huge following as students move through his series, and become proud and accomplished artists and these small classes at the Coast Collective insure that students get much individual attention.

‘ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING’ is part of Ken Campbell’s fine art FOUNDATION DRAWING SERIES that teaches classical-style drawing. Each course is over 17 hours of class time plus assignments that  focus on learning traditional drawing skills in a fun, step-by-step way.

Developed for small classes, based on years of art college teaching and professional studio practice, the goal is to have students producing realistic drawings in a few weeks and great drawings over the series of courses.
