The 4th ANNUAL MUSHROOM FESTIVAL is co-hosted by the North Island Wildlife Recovery Association and the Arrowsmith Naturalists.

Admission by suggested donation of $5.00 (children 12 years and under free).

See a wide variety of fresh local fungi including edible mushrooms & poisonous specimens. Huge display of mushrooms, learn about the ecological role of fungi and their uses as food, medicine, dyes, etc.

Talk with knowledgeable people about mushrooms and their identification.

There will be local vendors and food trucks on-site.

Because this event can be extremely busy and parking is limited, Shuttle Parking will be provided by the Salvation Army for your ease and convenience from 1500 Grafton Road to NIWRA grounds.

As a "thank you" for this service, your monetary contribution to the Salvation Army is appreciated (event admission is separate).
