Our Annual General meeting will be held on Monday November 27th from 6:00-8:00pm in the Victoria City Hall Antechamber (Doors open at 5:30pm)
We are honoured to welcome Carole James (MLA for Victoria-Beacon Hill, Minister of Finance, Deputy Premier) and Dr. Bernie Pauly (University of Victoria, Centre for Addictions Research of BC) as this year's speakers.
Dr Bernie Pauly, a scientist with the Canadian Institute for Substance Use Research, will be giving a talk about the current response to the current epidemic of drug poisonings. She will also discuss harm reduction approaches as a key component of the overall response and the importance of innovations in harm reduction. An appetizer buffet will be provided
