Session 1 of 4: After the fall - How brain plasticity can help the recovery - There’s a saying that probably describes your situation: “The brain cannot fix what the brain cannot see.” In this session we take a look at research into how the plastic brain can be made to “see” then work to rebalance life when you’ve had a tumble. You might be surprised as what you discover about resilience.


The 90-minute session links together related concepts such as diet, distractedness, visualization, and hearing to encourage us to view and deal with one of North America's most common types of injuries in new ways.
