The Active for Life Expo, a partnership between the Nanaimo Division of Family Practice and PacificSport Vancouver Island, will connect Nanaimo with health, wellness and active participation opportunities. Come out and engage with the local community to find an opportunity that will grow your lifestyle in a positive way.
The fun will include a food showcase, sport demonstrations, workshops, active demonstrations like Zumaba and Yoga, kid zone and more! Bring your bike and use the 'Bike Valet'.
All ages and abilities are welcome.
