​In addition to running a successful chiropractic studio The Lifehouse, I have offered a number of different workshops centered on wellness care, creating community, awareness of the benefits of chiropractic care and a wholistic approach to health as I love to see everyone achieve their optimal health. Recently I witnessed my mother heal herself of stage four ovarian cancer without the use of chemotherapy or surgery.  Her healing journey strengthened my beliefs of the value of a wholistic lifestyle and it expanded my beliefs of our innate healing abilities.  

I have consolidated and integrated all of my learnings and experiences into my new project, My Inner Guru.
