Please join us in the 4th Biennial Transition Resource Fair

Community Living BC, Ministry of Children and Family Development, School District 68 and Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction are partnering to host a Transition Resource fair in Nanaimo for transitioning youth and young adults with disabilities and their families.

Display tables and community resource providers will be there to answer any questions and help you explore your future.
