This is going to be a magnificent event dedicated to a true elevation of one of the most phenomenal culinary experiences… the Pulled Pork Sandwich!
This will be a simple yet elegant presentation of this renowned and succulent delight. The low and slow method will be the cornerstone to creating this masterpiece.

WHY: Other than for the highly compelling reasons above… All of the proceeds from this event will be donated to an amazing organization, Victoria Immigrant-Refugee Centre.
