Vancouver Island’s 3rd annual multi-sport tournament extravaganza returns July 28th & 29th, 2012 in Victoria, BC . The 2012 Island Summer Games hosts the 13th Harbour 3 on 3 Classic (Basketball), 7’s A-side Soccer & Co ed Slo-Pitch tournament. Players of all skill levels & abilities, sports enthusiasts and scores of spectators are drawn to this fun friendly festival like event. Moreover, the Games features DJ’s, MC’s, BBQ, Prizes, Multi Sport Skills Comp, Guest Appearances & Awards.

“It’s more than a Game!”. The Island Summer Games proudly benefits 2 great causes, the local Goldstream Food Bank & Ride-Free organization.

The Goldstream Food Bank provides for the Western Communities residents and serves the municipalities of View Royal, Langford, Colwood, Highlands & Metchosin. The Food bank is entirely run by volunteers & donations. Help us create a surge in donations as we collect non-perishables, new toys & donations.

Ride-Free organization’s mission is to prevent violence amongst young people and increase awareness of the dangers of substance abuse. Island Summer Games supports The Ride-Free’s initiative of building a skate park on Gabriola Island at Rolo Park to commerorate Stephen King. www.Ride-Free.org.
