Organizers have so many great presenters, doctors and practitioners who want to speak at the Oceanside Family Health and Wellness Fair that they decided to expand the popular event to two days. Find out about health issues that matter to you in a number of excellent seminars that will be running both Friday April 5 and Sunday April 6 at the Parksville Community and Conference Centre. Admission is free of charge.

It is well established that all the common chronic conditions (cancer, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis to name a few) are at least in part related to diet and lifestyle factors that can be changed. We can all benefit from better food, more activity, and not smoking. The health fair provides lots of delicious and fun solutions to make a healthier lifestyle work for you.

Every year the health fair is stocked with exhibitors who are passionate about health and wellness. Browse through the exhibitors booths, tasting, sampling and learning about new health products. Exhibitor spaces are still available for Sunday April 6.
