1909 Kitchen Presents: Champagne and Pearls

Dress up in your best and enjoy an evening of decadent local dining at 1909 Kitchen. We have partnered with Outlandish and Pacific Wine and Spirits, and 1909 Kitchen will be preparing a multi course dinner.
Diners receive complimentary Taittinger champagne upon arrival, plus the opportunity to sabre a bottle (at an extra charge).
The price is $59 per person, and includes dinner. Guests are encouraged to dress in white or pearl.
Menu:
Chilled Outlandish cocktail oysters, with apple, celery, beet vinegar
Swimming scallop and beach oyster rockefeller, with kale and chives
Miso- and maple-marinated black cod, orange beets cured and steamed, Singapore-fried black rice
Passion fruit, meringue, grapefruit sorbet, raspberries, mint
Milk chocolate ganache, sun choke dulce de leche, hazelnut crisps
