Join the Lafayette String Quartet and their dynamic speakers for the 11th Annual Lafayette Health Awareness Forum as they explore the topic of personalized medicine — what it is and where it might take us.
The evening will begin and end with a short music selection by the Quartet. This free forum brings health experts and community members together each year to discuss and learn about health issues that affect us all.
