Have fun learning in a casual non intimidating environment - for women only. Need help with knowing what tools you need to do the job ? How to hang shower rods, hang pictures, hanging baskets, repair drywall, remove old grout, installing sub floors and baseboards, what tools and hardware to use for outdoor decks ? Build confidence and pride in a job you completed.

Those are just a few examples of what you will learn in the " You Can Do It" Fall Series

Tues Oct 21 - Hand Tools - What to have, their purpose and function and how to use them, different fasteners will also be covered including screws, lags and bolts.

Tues Oct 28 - Power Tools Part 1 - Hang ups, Drills and a Hole lot More - Learn basics of power drills, drill bits, brad guns, impact guns what they do, features available and matching the proper tool for the job. Tips on safe operation and different battery options. How to attach and hang things to your walls using different types of hardware will be covered.

Tues Nov 4 - Power Tools 2 - Tools that Chop and Slice -Table saws, circular saws, reciprocting saws, vibrating undercut saws and lamiante cutters. Different blades, tricks of the trades and safety tips will be discussed. Learn what tools to use for baseboards, framing, flooring, removing grout and cutting in tight places.

Tues Nov 18 - Small Repairs for Drywall - Playing in the Mud - Hands on instruction for patching drywall from gouges to small holes. The fun part is making the holes for the demonstrations.
