In the circle, we�ll connect to ourselves and one another through the gift of poetry, our most ancient form of prayer. You will experience poetry as a doorway into the practice of slowing down, a doorway into honouring yourself. We�ll do some reading, listening, reflecting and writing. No previous writing experience is necessary.

As poet Marie Howe says: �When you write a poem, you get to make meaning out of experience� and �Poetry gives us a way to inhabit our own lives.� The labyrinth on the property will offer a calm and sacred body prayer.
