PacificSport Vancouver Island's XploreSportZ Pro D Day, Spring Break and Summer Camps offer participants between the ages of 7 and 12 an opportunity to discover a variety of sports, many non-traditional in a fun and non-competitive environment. The camps are directed by qualified, skill coaches and focused on fundamental skill development. Some sports that may be offered during camps are swimming, court and field sports, golf, curling, canoe/kayak, gymnastics, cycling and martial arts (sports are dependant on the season coaching staff availability).
The XploreSportZ program corresponds with the Canada Sport for Life Fundamental and Learning to Train stages. Our camps deliver fundamental skill development through a combination of well structured and unstructured play in a safe, FUN and challenging environment that leave the participants wanting to stay active.
