Participants will experience writing from the heart centre and the power that comes when we learn to get out of our own way by focusing on the heart and breath.

Comox resident Anneli Davey, The Writer�s Coach, will facilitate the process of transformative writing, encouraging participants to slow down and let their inner wisdom be their guide.

"As we put pen to paper, we open both our hearts and our minds. We become willing participants.In the act of writing and keeping our hand moving across the page, we meet ourselves in all of our awareness," describes Anneli. " We become aware of not the rainfall, but the single rain drop.�

The weekend intensive is designed to help participants slow down, and take some time to reconnect to their inner voice.
