World T'ai Chi and Qigong Day! Everyone who practices any form of these moving meditations are welcome to come join and practice together in celebration of this day. Spread the word so we can spread good chi! Beaufort Avenue is located between Comox Avenue and the water. The park is in the block between the hospital and downtown Comox. Come rain or shine!
