Workshop: The Poetry of Art

Poetry is an art, but it can also be about art. This three-hour workshop will introduce you to some of the ways to write creatively about visual art, including paintings, sculptures, photographs and other works.

You’ll begin with a brief discussion and exercises to playfully energize your mind and body, followed by writing experiments designed to inspire your imagination. No writing experience necessary.

Notebooks and coloured pens and pencils will be provided to help you with your creative expression. Instruction: Portia Priegert
