Work Party Tuesdays at the Urban Food Forest

We are looking for volunteers to join us for Work Party Tuesdays at CGC’s Community Urban Food Forest. If you are new to food forests or gardening, this is a great opportunity to learn lots about plants and ecosystems!
Over the winter-early spring months, we will work from 2:30pm-4:30pm. Volunteers can looking forward to planting native and evergreen plants, making plant labels, mulching, and improving soil health. Tools and gloves are provided.
In the late spring-summer, when there is a substantial harvest, all food forest volunteers will be offered a free bag of fresh produce.
