Having mastered WordPressm - Introduction, discover ways to further develop your Website or Blog on this fascinating and easy to use content management system. WordPress Advanced will explore how to properly setup a website, including navigation, custom permalinks and sitemaps.
You will learn about mobile friendly websites and responsive themes and discuss their various pros and cons. We will show you how to optimize content, integrate social media, add SEO, custom plugins, image galleries, slideshows, add analytics, widgets, the importance of functionality and discover some interactive components of todays’ modern websites. This hands-on course is designed for students to follow a learning-by-doing structure in our computer lab.
Prerequisite: Previous WordPress experience recommended, Laptops welcome.
