Women�s Wednesday Night Rides

The Wednesday night recreational women's rides are easy-paced rides of 10 to 12 km in length. The rides are lead by women for women and run all summer until October. The routes are on quiet residential streets and portions of the E&N and Parkway Trails. All cyclists are asked to follow all the rules of the road, including wearing a helmet, and are responsible for their own safety.
The focus of the rides, along with the camaraderie, is to build confidence and develop your skills and abilities which will add to your enjoyment of cycling
