Women's Only Run Meet-Up

Join MEC weekly for a free women's only group run. No experience required, and beginners are welcome.

The pace is moderate to slow depending on consensus of the group. The run is 5-6.5kms at about 6min30sec per km.

� All runs start from the Victoria store and happen rain or shine
� New routes every week
� Gear check available at the store
� All runs are led by an enthusiastic MEC staff member
