Winter Wonderland Ice Sculpture Demonstration

Tomorrow (Monday Dec 29th) as part of the Winter Wonderland ice skating event here in Nanaimo a couple of local ice sculptors from Cool as Ice are going to be building a massive throne out of ice for people to come and sit on and get a picture taken.  The weather looks great for it to last till new years.  There will be putting out lights for taking some photos at night too.  We are getting started at 10am. It will take about four hours to complete.
