Winter Solstice Celebration
add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
On Solstice night, the longest night of the year, we mark the turning of the wheel of the seasons with story, song and dance. As we light our flaming cauldron, we honour the gifts of the dark time and celebrate that which we wish to grow with the lengthening days. Everyone is welcome to celebrate as we look forward to the return of the light.
If you wish you may bring an appetizer or dessert item for the reception following the ritual. In support of the tremendous service that Loaves and Fishes provides, you are invited to bring a non-perishable food item.
