Join Jesse Birch, Nanaimo Art Gallery's Interim Executive | Artistic Director, for a free introductory workshop on contemporary art. This accessible and engaging experience with art will be presented in conjunction with the gallery's "Existential Elders" exhibition. Jesse Birch is a curator, educator, and art writer. From 2009 to 2013 he taught Contemporary Art and theory at Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
