As non-profit professionals we are always trying to fit a lot, into a day that still only has 24 hours. This fun summer time offering is a chance to come out and meet with other non-profit professionals and to go for a 30-40 minute walk at the same time. It's a win win situation. Not only will you get to start your day with great conversation led by Tracey Gibson Manager of Learning and Training, you will also get some fresh air and exercise. Some of the best conversations and chats happen out in nature and we hope this is a great way to start your day.

The conversation starter for this week will be retaining volunteers. What's working, what's not working, and what could you do differently. Bring your thoughts, experience and questions.

We will meet outside of the nature Sanctuary for 8 am.
