The Chinatown Celebration culminates in the world premiere of Chan Ka Nin�s Harmonious Interest, a work of symphonic theatre on the Chinese immigrant experience, and Terence Tam performing the Butterfly Lovers Concerto. Pre-concert activities include a lecture about the Chinese immigrant experience from Dr. David Lai and a Chinese Tea Ceremony performed by Silk Road Tea.
