This workshop gives older adults (55+) information about volunteering and what they need to know to get the best out of their volunteer experience. Participants will understand what volunteering is, develop knowledge of what to expect from the recruitment & application process and leave with tools to assess if a volunteer position is a good fit for them.

This is a pilot project and participants feedback is encouraged and would be most valuable.
