In a special collaboration with another fast-growing music salon series, Living Room Live, we will be hosting soprano Paula Berry and pianist Lisa Rumpel, covers a wide range of vocal music from German art song all the way to jazz and musical theatre.

7:00pm : Doors open

7:30pm - 8:30pm: Performance, with brief spoken introductions for each piece

8:30pm - 9:30pm: Mingling over complimentary wine and snacks

Refund policy: refunds up to 7 days before the event

-- About the Musicians and Living Room Live --

Soprano Paula Berry completed her Masters degree at McGill University. Comfortable in both opera and musical theatre, favorite roles include Adina in Elisir d’Amore, Alcina in Alcina, Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus, Donna Lucia in Where’s Charley and Irene in Crazy for You.

Praised for her “fierce artistry” and “poetic” pianism, Winnipeg-based pianist Lisa Rumpel is passionate about communicating classical music to a variety of audiences. As an alumnus of the Franz Schubert Institute, Vancouver International Song Institute, Opera Nuova, University of Manitoba and Brandon University, Lisa is equally comfortable collaborating in art song, chamber music, opera, and choral music.

Living Room Live is a not-for-profit organization, founded by the incredibly entrepreneurial musician Nicola Davies in 2018.
