This is a great opportunity for youth (and parents) to do some fun paddling and get comfortable in sprint kayaks and outrigger canoes. You can even try out a high kneel canoe. Mostly it is about having fun in the boats and being able to try different types of boats in the warm water of the pool. Our certified coaches will be available to give you some tips if you are new to paddling. All levels of experience are welcome. All equipment is provided.

We have booked the entire pool for this session, so please meet at the back of the pool as the front will be closed.

The Victoria Youth Paddling Club is a local canoe/kayak racing club. We offer recreational and competitive programs for youth aged 9 and up. Our athletes routinely compete at national and international competitions. We also participate in dragon boat racing and came third in the Victoria Dragon Boat fesival in 2013.
